INTRO TO MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

In this monthlong introduction to Tibetan Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation you’ll learn a 2500 year-old technique for seeing who you are without bias or judgment.

Have you been wanting to cultivate a meditation practice? Practice in community, with clear instruction and accountability for your weekly sits.

Participants will be asked to meditate for 20 minutes a day/5 days a week outside of our weekly zoom meetings. This course is appropriate for all levels. Please obtain a copy of book The Wisdom of No Escape by Pema Chödrön as a supplement to the class.

Recordings will be available if you can’t make it for the live meetings.

WEEKLY MEDITATION PRACTICE

This course is intended as a follow-up to the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course.

In this 5-week course we will delve deeper into the topics accessed through Tibetan Buddhist Mindfulness Meditation. This course in intended to offer community, accountability, and deeper immersion into this powerful form of meditation.

Participants will be asked to meditate for 20 minutes a day/5 days a week outside of our weekly zoom meetings. This course is appropriate for those who have already taken the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course. Please obtain a copy of book Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior by Chögyam Trungpa as a supplement to the class.
