We ship our items within about three weeks from when you place your order using USPS Priority Mail Shipping. This is an approximation and nothing is guaranteed unless rush fees are requested and extra fees are completed. We appreciate your patience with our handmade items. If you have rush delivery needs, please contact us at email@example.com so we can accommodate your request for an extra fee.
Every LDD piece is handmade; therefore, minor differences in our website photos and your product may vary. These differences are normal and do not necessitate a refund.
If a problem exists on a purchased item from the website, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) where we will direct you on the steps to repair or replace the item at your shipping cost. If you’d like a refund on an item for any other reason, we are happy to refund you the cost of the product + any taxes charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded and you will need to cover return shipping. We suggest using a padded envelope and USPS First Class Mail as we’ve found it to be the cheapest and most reliable for our uses. Please email us so we know to expect a return and include a note inside the package reminding us of your request.
Items that arrive damaged will be replaced. Please contact email@example.com with refund requests.
Because every item is handmade to order, we understand that damages may occur. Lily Dawson Designs is happy to fix any problems that befall on our handmade pieces. Our damage policy does not include tarnishing of the chain or wearing of leather. It can take up to a few months for damaged items to be returned. If you would like to place an order for an amount of 5 or more of a single piece at a discounted rate of 20%, please contact us at email@example.com. This option is ideal for wedding parties and bridesmaid orders and usually takes about a month or more to arrange and manufacture.

Are your earring posts hypo-allergenic?
Yes! They are all made from surgical steel which is nickel, lead and alloy-free.
